On 09th October, 2024 Uganda Community in South Sudan (UCOSS) CELEBRATED THE 62nD independence Anniversary.

The Celebrations took Place at Bros Hotel Juba. the function was attended by big numbers of People from Uganda and South Sudan.

The Chief guest was H.E.Brig. Gen. Ronnie Baiya, the Ambassador and Head of Mission of Uganda in South Sudan.

in his remarks He called on Ugandans to be patriotic by loving their Country, to be hardworking and to respect the laws of the host Country.

He reassured them that the mission was engaging the host Country on some of the challenges they raised before him including high taxes, finger prints human trafficking especially of young children.

The Chairman of Ugandan Community appreciated the support the Embassy provides to the community whenever requested.
